MANAGER & INSTRUCTOR
A former member of the French national team, Manu Portet is one of the leading figures in European surfing.
Child of the Basque Country, it is in Bidart, at the age of 6 years old that he
discovered his love for surfing. Sponsored for more than 15 years, Manu has
travelled around the world to enjoy the most beautiful surf spots
to satisfy his different sponsors and to satisfy his passion.
Former pro surfer, coach of elite surfers and instructor for 20 years, Manu has
built a solid experience. He will be happy to welcome you in his school in Bidart, in order to help you progress in the best conditions.

Matthieu, a local surfer from Bidart since his youth, Swiss Army knife of the school, he is also at ease on a bodyboard, foil or surfing in big waves.
Spearhead of a new generation of French surfers, he likes to push the limits and get the adrenaline flowing for his aquatic pursuits.
20 years old and full of energy, he will know how to motivate you, find the right words and solutions to make you progress quickly during your surf sessions.
Secretary
Passionate about the ocean, if he’s not surfing, he’ll be at the shack to welcome you, he’s the school’s handyman.
Boss of the planning and king of waxing, he will also be able to advise you on the choice of the material adapted to your level and answer all your questions.
